We offer in person clinics for individuals with legal issues who need direct advice. Our Family Law/Eviction Response Clinics offer the opportunity for those who can’t afford a private attorney to speak with an attorney about their case. Services available at these clinics includes advice, document review, document preparation, and support. Advice is FREE, and document services are offered on a sliding scale basis.

Clinics are held at 2751 Fruitridge Road #15 Sacramento, CA 95820. Doors open at 9:00AM for intake, participants will start being seen at 10:00AM, and intake stops at 3:00PM. IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR INTAKE BEFORE 3PM YOU WILL SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY SAME DAY. Clients are seen on a first come, first serve basis. As there is generally only one attorney on staff at the clinics, please be patient as wait times will be expected. Make sure you bring all documents pertaining to your visit (letters, documents, etc.) and verification of income. We do not keep any of your income/benefit information on record, we only need to verify it to offer our services.
